I am the type of person that when I find something that I love or something that I think is just totally awesome, I want to tell everyone about it. I gain a lot of satisfaction out of referring friends and family to a new product or service, anything that I think they will love as much as I do if they just knew about it or would give it a chance. So that’s how I can up with the idea of creating a blog series called “Latest Finds”. Our most recent recommendations and purchases are in today’s Latest Finds Vol. 10!

Weekly Roundup: My Latest Finds + Little Joys
Hello friends! Welcome to this week’s roundup — your cozy corner for the latest finds, small joys, and what’s been inspiring me lately. Whether you’re here for product picks, local Charlotte tips, or just a bit of light weekend reading, I’ve got you covered. Let’s jump in!
This Week’s Favorite Finds:
- Food + Beverage: Discovered Liquid Remedy Kombucha— a kombucha which is good for gut health that is actually sugar free/no sugar- hard to come by!
- Home: Picked up a new German Shepherd tumbler from Amazon, and it instantly elevated my water breaks. Sometimes a little change makes a big difference! (available in approx. 30 dog breeds)
- Fashion: Found the cutest t-shirt dress from Torrid that’s synched at the waist, lightweight and breezy — ideal for these humid Charlotte afternoons and will be my summer uniform. I own the navy blue, and have more colors in my shopping cart.
- Book/Media: Currently reading The Tenant by Freida McFadden, and I can’t put it down! It’s a psychological thriller— highly recommend if you need a new read.

✅ Local Spotlight (Charlotte Edition):
My husband and I had a great time learning how to blow glass at Hot Glass Alley. If you’re local, put this on your must try list for a fun date night or unique way to celebrate a special occasion. You can read more about it here: We Played with Fire and Didn’t Get Burned: Our Date Night at Hot Glass Alley

🎧 On Repeat:
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with The Goal Digger Podcast. It’s been my soundtrack for everything from morning commutes to late-night inspiration sessions.
🍽️ Recipe I Tried:
We purchased goat meat for the first time from Frontier Meats in Waxhaw. Here is the YouTube Video for Ayleen’s Food Hub if you want the recipe we used to make dry fried goat meat. I served the dish with rice and green beans.
🐶 Dog Rescue Update:
For my fellow animal lovers: this week at the rescue, Emma has been listed as ready for adoption! If you’re considering fostering or adopting, check out Emma’s bio — such a sweetheart looking for a forever home.
💭 Quote of the Week:
“Convenience and greatness cannot coexist.” — The Power of One More by Ed Mylett.
A little reminder to keep working hard!
🌲Weekend Plans:
This Memorial Day weekend, I’m planning to camp at Paris Mountain State Park in Greenville, SC. What are you up to? Tell me in the comments— I love hearing your plans!
