Labor Day weekend is over and it’s already September. I know, I can hardly believe it either! The weather is changing in North Carolina and I am here for it! Bring on the cooler temps. I hope to get out and explore everything the season has to offer. And I hope I can encourage you to do the same with our latest Autumn Bucket List.

We typically plan a weekend getaway to the NC mountains in the Fall and will stock up on apples. I have a great apple sauce recipe for the slow cooker. I need to make that a blog post this year.
My brother and his friends plan a weekend scary movie marathon every October. They have so much fun and it’s a great excuse to catch up with friends. My mom even makes them huge lasagnas to keep them fed well.
We live close to Treehouse Vineyards and have been there many times. If you haven’t visited this vineyard yet, this Autumn would be the perfect time. Date Night is my favorite wine. If you like sweet wines, run, don’t walk.
