Planning out weekly meals is an easy way to save on groceries. With a meal plan, you can make a weekly grocery list, making it less likely to purchase items that you don’t need. It will also make it less likely for you to grab unhealthy prepped meals from the grocery store or order take out.
Having a weekly meal plan will also save you time. You won’t have to spend time in the evenings digging through your fridge and freezer to figure out what you can throw together to make dinner. You’ll have all of the ingredients already on hand and if you want bonus points, you can even prep the meal or portions of the ingredients on the weekend.
